It was super easy to install. After <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-410 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.lufamily.ca\/kang\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/05\/IMG_2005-e1495326485265-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.lufamily.ca\/kang\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/05\/IMG_2005-e1495326485265-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/blog.lufamily.ca\/kang\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/05\/IMG_2005-e1495326485265-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.lufamily.ca\/kang\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/05\/IMG_2005-e1495326485265.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 85vw, 225px\" \/>numerous YouTube videos on reviews of different printers and how to operate them,<br \/>\nI\u00a0decided on this one. I didn&#8217;t want a DIY kit, so I settled for this preassembled one.<\/p>\n<p>The YouTube videos really helped to prepare me to avoid the gotcha&#8217;s, and before long I was doing my first print, which was this Okay hand signal.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to test the printer with something more challenging. I opted for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:60521\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comura Articulatum<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.thingiverse.com<\/a>. I found out about this object from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qoEApsA7pAk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maker&#8217;s Muse YouTube<\/a> review of the 3D printer that I purchased. As you can see from the video below, the print was pretty successful and it came with articulating joints! I&#8217;ll be learning more about 3D modelling and printing this long weekend.
