Today our entire family got vaccinated at Richmond Hill, Ontario. \u00a0We went to the\u00a0Rouge Woods Community Centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Their clinic hours were from 12pm to 8pm. \u00a0My wife, Carol, started to wait in line from 10am and I relieved her at around 11:30pm. \u00a0Suffice it to say that the line wasn’t moving and waiting outside wasn’t too bad. \u00a0Luckily we had a sunny autumn day to accompany us. \u00a0Carol brought a couple of chairs so we didn’t have to stand all the time. \u00a0She and my youngest boy, Kalen, went back home for lunch while I continue to wait.<\/div>\n
They assessed the people in line and handed numbers as we approach 12pm. \u00a0People who were honest and did not meet the “high” risk criteria were asked to come back another day. \u00a0I have to thank those people for their honesty. \u00a0I’m not sure if I would be that honest given the circumstances. \u00a0By the way, the high risk group is defined as:<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

  • Healthy children aged six months to less than five years<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • People living in remote and isolated settings or communities<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n
