I suppose in times when even the government of Canada experiences security breaches, then the above should not be a surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this same day, we checked our TD Visa card online statements and found a very large discrepancy in our balance. I called up their support line and they told us it is a known issue and it will be fixed next week. I commented on why we have not received a notification if this is a known issue. The representative was speechless as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our threshold for good service is dropping.
